How do I place an order?
Choose a product, tap "Add to Cart", then at checkout enter your name, address and phone number and select Cash on Delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, all over Pakistan. Pay the rider when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
2-3 working days in major cities and 3-5 working days in the rest of Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
Rs 250 per order. Delivery is FREE on orders of Rs 3,000 or more.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status in My Account.
What if my product is damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp or email.
